Our Promise
We want you to love using Buurman. If the product doesn't deliver value for you, you shouldn't have to pay for it. We believe in earning your business every month — not locking you in.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- If you're unhappy with a paid plan, request a refund within 30 days of the charge.
- We'll refund the full amount of your most recent payment. No questions asked.
- After 30 days, we can still pro-rate a refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to hello@buurman.io with "Refund" in the subject line.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

After a Refund
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan — you keep access to your data.
- You can upgrade again anytime if you change your mind.
- We won't delete anything unless you ask us to.
Free Plan
The Free plan is, well, free. There's nothing to refund, and it's yours to keep forever.
Fair Use
We trust our customers to be reasonable. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of obvious abuse (e.g., repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles to use the service for free). But honestly? We'd rather just have a conversation about it.
